What is the minimum order value?
We require a minimum amount of P880 for each transaction.
Is there a maximum amount or quantity to order?
There is no maximum amount or quantity required. However, processing of bulk orders may require more time. Feel free to contact us support@gocart.ph for bulk purchases.
Can someone abroad order and deliver locally?
Yes. Anyone can order on the site as long as the area where products will be delivered are covered by GoCart.
Can I request for substitute items in case some of the products I ordered are unavailable?
Unfortunately, all unavailable items during the picking process will be left out. This is a system limitation at the moment. Watch out for this substitution feature in the future. Final charges to your account will be based on items actually fulfilled.
How can I get updates regarding my order?
You will be receiving email or text notifications regarding the status of your order.
